The Project
Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer supported the business to establish their transformation function & transformation portfolio to enable them to achieve their business strategy with their constrained investment budget.
The Opportunity / Problem
The business had an aggressive strategy but limited command in how to execute. Their programmes were unable to get off the ground & the few that had started were failing. The exec team had little control over their investments & were unable to report on progress.

Partnered with the executive team to identify & prioritize transformation programmes to define a clear transformation portfolio, aligned to the business strategy, in which to deliver.
Outcome
Established the transformation portfolio & left with this on track to deliver outcomes. Established a business transformation capability and Centre of Excellence enabling the business to be set up for future success.
