Octopus Consulting was founded by Georgia Enright – A seasoned Business & Digital Transformation Leader with a proven track record of delivering corporate strategy through large-scale change & transformation portfolios and programmes.
Georgia is industry-agnostic & has a core skill-set developed within industry and transferable across sectors and cultures. She has worked for global brands, including Amazon, in diverse industries such as telecoms, ecommerce, retail FMCG, and digital media.
Georgia’s passion is to develop sustainable solutions, partnering with businesses to build up their transformation capability, whilst delivering on strategic & business goals. Georgia likes to ensure any business is set up for future success.
Georgia founded Octopus Consulting as a boutique consultancy to offer clients a more personal & tailored approach to transformation. She has a reputation for getting things done – but believes pragmatism and collaboration are critical.
